Are you looking to add a powerful tool to your practice and expand your offerings?

Expand your personal wellness practice while also bringing the very best benefits to your students through Sytera's Nadi Ball Method intensive training.

The Nadi Ball method is full-body wellness that combines guided strengthening and stretching, myofascial release, and Thai yoga massage. Sytera uses soft, pliable Nadi Balls™ to target the body's energy lines or nadis, opening and releasing targeted areas of the body. Northern Virginia magazine writes, “The balls work into the fascia lines, creating openness and encouraging correct alignment, and students can feel how sensations are connected throughout the body."

"The Nadi Ball Method myofascial release practice has been a game changer for me. The Nadi Ball Method is the first time that I have experienced noticeable improvement to my chronic pain. The Nadi Balls are able to reach, and release, areas that are not accessible through stretching or traditional yoga poses. I was amazed at how quickly I experienced reduced joint pain and improved flexibility. Sytera is also a fantastic instructor who is able to guide students through the Nadi Ball techniques, while explaining the methodology behind each movement and making minor adjustments to maximize their benefit," says Andrew, one of Sytera's students.

The 20-hour Nadi Ball Method training program is offered both online and in-person in Vienna, VA  –  whatever works best for you! The next training is January 14-16, 2023. Can't make the whole 3-day training? No worries. You can also sign up for just the first day on January 14.
